When
reporting an issue, please include the following information:
1. Is
the problem reproducible?
If so, how?
2. What
version of Windows are you running (Windows 2000, Windows XP, etc.)?
3. What
version of Developer's Backup are you running? To see what version of
Developer's Backup you have, choose About Developer's Backup from
the System Tray menu. Please include the entire "version" line in your e-mail.
4. If
a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text
of the dialog box.
5. If
you have purchased a professional edition developers license, please include your 64 character public registration key. Do not include your confidential private key.
